What's New in 2008?

Here is a quick way to see:

When you activate drop down tool menus, you will notice a new question mark next to certain features.  These features are new in 2008.  If you click the question mark, it will launch a help window that explains the feature.  It looks like it's also supposed to have a fly-out note which doesn't seem to show up on my computer?

Anyways, just a quick way to see what's new.
